Students Celebrate Women’s History Month with St. Mary’s University

Celebrating March as Womenā€™s History Month, students from area Catholic schools were invited to attendĀ St. Maryā€™s University School of Science, Engineering and Technologyā€™s 5th annual Womenā€™s History Month Luncheon. Students fromĀ Holy Cross of San Antonio,Ā The Atonement Academy, Providence Catholic School andĀ St. John Paul II Catholic High School were selected to attend the event based upon their exemplary performance in STEM subjects, particular math and science. The keynote address was given by St. Maryā€™s graduate Jennifer LaFoy, a licensed engineer, who offered her advice on preparing for life after college.
