Administrative Assistant- Department of Pastoral Ministries
The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant for Pastoral Ministries. Responsibilities include to create and modify reports, memos, letters, and financial statements; greet visitors and answer telephone calls; coordination of AV equipment, office, and hospitality supplies; process incoming and outgoing mail; reserve, prepare and coordinate office meeting rooms and take meeting minutes; maintain files in a systematic and organized manner; and other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Outlook programs; excellent organizational and communication skills; possess a high degree of flexibility and multi-tasking; and bilingual in English and Spanish required.
