Archbishop's Appeal

Ways to Make a Difference

Stewardship is a way of life, one that seeks to use every gift from God in a way that builds His Church and shows love for all of His creation. Below, you will find ways in which you and your family can be active participants within the Archdiocese of San Antonio, using a mix of your time, talent, and treasure to give back to God, the Church, and your community. Finally, we ask that you keep the Archbishop's Appeal and its development efforts in your prayers.

"Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father is pleased to give you the Kingdom. For your heart will always be where your riches are." – Luke 12:32, 34

Time & Talent: Volunteering

"You tell us that to love God and neighbor is not something abstract, but profoundly concrete: it means seeing in every person the face of the Lord to be served, to serve him concretely. And you are, dear brothers and sisters, the face of Jesus." – Pope Francis, 5/21/13

Lord God,

Who sent your Son as our way, our truth and our life, we thank you for your presence within us that challenges, loves, and leads us in service to your people.

With your grace, help us find courage to accompany our brothers and sisters in need, as we are the Body of Christ,

Inspire in us the desire to give of ourselves in order to manifest your presence to the world, especially through our gifts to the Archbishop’s Appeal.

Grateful for your many blessings, help us to share them generously for your glory.

Bless and multiply our gifts to the 2020 Archbishop’s Appeal, may we humbly follow the teachings of Your Son, Jesus Christ, to accompany others with love and kindness, live together in peace, and one day attain everlasting happiness in Heaven.

We ask this through Christ, our Lord.
