Key ways that YAM facilitates YA formation and development include

• Collaborating with the Young Adult Advisory Council (YAAC), an advisory YA team, that supports planning and direction.
• Providing Archdiocesan-wide gatherings to help address YA needs and support the formation and integration of YAs as part of church.
• Offering outreach and networking opportunities such as a Theology on Tap series, R.I.S.E.(Reach, Inspire, Search and Experience) speaker/YA discussion sessions and an annual YA Conference or YAM Fair.
• Providing a quarterly YAM newsletter
• Assisting in the development of YAM/YA groups in parishes and/or deanery.
• Providing leadership and YAM related workshops.
• Connecting with service opportunities
