This week marks the 47th anniversary of celebrating Catholic Schools Week. All across the Archdiocese of San Antonio, our Catholic schools will be taking time out of their normal schedules to show their appreciation and celebrate people who help to make Catholic schools strong -- parents, teachers and staff, clergy and religious, students, and our benefactors.

“Thankful for Today, Thriving Tomorrow,” was the theme of a gathering held in person and virtually by all 38 Catholic schools of the Archdiocese of San Antonio on October 7 that launched a campaign to raise awareness of the value and needs of Catholic schools.

St. Peter, Prince of the Apostles Church and School experienced a fire on Saturday afternoon, August 15, which originated from a stove in the first floor kitchen of the parish hall.
