Humanae Vitae - A Celebration of Life!

Humanae Vitae, Latin for "of human life," is an Encyclical written by Pope Paul VI in 1968. Reinforcing Catholic teaching, Humanae Vitae articulates that "the transmission of human life is a most serious role in which married people collaborate freely and responsibly with God the Creator."

"Humane Vitae - A Celebration of Life!," a four-part series hosted by Jake Samour, Director of the Office of Marriage and Family Life, Ramie Samour (Jake’s wife), Fr. John Leies, SM, of St. Mary’s University, and Christopher West, Fellow of the Theology of the Body Institute, portrays how the meaning of Humanae Vitae applies to our daily lives.
