Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis by mail, in person or online. We do not take phone registrations. No confirmations are sent out for mailed-in registrations. To assure your registration was received please call the office at 210.734.1649. Office hours are 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm. Please make sure that your registration form is filled out completely and that you legal names. Childcare is not provided for either Seminars or Retreats. Workbooks and other materials will be provided at the beginning of the Seminar/Retreat. SPACE FOR SEMINARS AND RETREATS IS LIMITED.

REGISTRATION POLICY
Registrations for seminars must be received in our office at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the seminar. Registrations for retreats must be received in our office at least thirty (30) days prior to the retreat. If signing up within the time specified due to upcoming wedding, please call our office.

SEMINAR RESCHEDULE POLICY
If you need to reschedule a seminar, please contact our office. There is no extra charge for rescheduling between 10 to 14 days prior to the seminar. If rescheduling less than 10 days prior to the seminar there will be a $25 rescheduling fee. If rescheduling after the event there will be an extra $40 fee.

SEMINAR CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your attendance for a seminar, you must contact the office as soon as possible. If cancelling 10 days prior to the seminar, $160 will be refunded. If cancelling within 10 days of the seminar only $100 will be refunded. No refunds available after the event.

RETREAT RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY
Retreat registration fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another weekend if notice is given at least thirty (30) days in advance.

CERTIFICATES
There is a $5.00 reissuing fee for any lost certificate.
