U.S. Province Administrative Assistant San Antonio, Texas
The U.S. Province of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate is seeking an executive level administrative assistant to provide support to the Chief Information Officer. This position is located in our San Antonio, Texas office.
Essential duties include working independently and providing administrative support to the CIO and acting as recording secretary for various meetings at the request of the CIO.
Key success factors for this individual include:
a. The ability to listen and synthesize multiple related ideas from different speakers and incorporate the essence of the conversation into working documents, tracking changes by author.
b. Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills are required with demonstrated speed and accuracy. (Candidates will be asked to take a skills test.)
c. Must have the ability to understand IT language and concepts. Available for travel from San Antonio, Texas to Belleville, Illinois (St. Louis, MO area) and Washington, D.C.
two to three times per month for three to five days each trip.
d. Must be a self-starter, work independently and maintain confidential information.

Faith Formation Elementary Coordinator Holy Spirit Church

Requirements include being a practicing Roman Catholic with an understanding of and a commitment to the Ecclesiology and Mission of the Church as expressed in the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council and an MA in Theology/Religious Education/Youth Ministry or related field.
Candidates must possess:
Experience in administration and supervision, program and budget planning
Experience in Religious Education, Faith Formation, and Youth Ministry on parish/diocesan level
Experience in ministerial visioning and planning according to Vatican II and the US Bishops documents
An ability to communicate and articulate Vatican IIs vision of the Church as it reflects ones ministry
An ability to collaborate with both church institutions and the civic community
An ability to represent the Archdiocese of San Antonio on local, state, and national levels in the area of comprehensive Youth Ministry
Sensitivity to a multicultural church, especially to the Hispanic reality; bilingual required (Spanish and English)
