The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Pastoral Care. The Archdiocesan Director of Pastoral Care works with Ministry Directors, team and volunteers of the ministries to support them in accomplishing their tasks according to the direction and priorities of the Archbishop in collaboration with the Moderator of the Curia. Facilities/Plant Manager- St. John Neumann Catholic Church

St. John Neumann Catholic Church is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Facilities/Plant Manager. This position is responsible for all maintenance and physical management of the parish buildings and grounds to include; parish safety requirements; maintaining records of permits and facility inspections.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in building repair and maintenance; hands on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and a knowledge of HVAC operations. This position requires the candidate to have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds; perform outdoor work; must be able to work with and supervise employees, volunteers and contract personnel. Candidates must also posses the ability to read blue prints and building plans; be proficient in MS Office and have the ability to pass a criminal background check. Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED, some college or trade school preferred. Previous physical plan/facilities maintenance experience preferred.

This is a full time position. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5 pm to include some night and weekend work as required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

DRE and Youth Minister- St. Mary's Church, Fredericksburg, TX

St. Marys Parish, Fredericksburg, TX, is now accepting applications for two full-time positions within the parish Director of Religious Education and Youth Minister.

The Director of Religious Education (DRE) is responsible for the administration of the parish catechetical program to include design of a program and development of goals, objectives and strategies for the total religious education program. The DRE is also responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating catechists and support staff. Must be an active member in a Roman Catholic Parish. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Salary commensurate with education and experience.

The Coordinator of Youth Ministry is responsible for developing a parish based pastoral ministry, reaching out to all the youth in the community, providing for formal catechesis and inviting and enabling youth to serve others. Youth minister is responsible for recruiting, training and evaluating youth leaders and planning and organizing a holistic approach in meeting the needs and interests of youth and youth adults.
