The Office of Stewardship and Development

Stewardship & Development

"Stewardship provides an opportunity for each one of us to answer God's call to be generous. It is a wonderful moment of grace when we share our Time, Talent and Treasure with people, simply because we are all God's Children. It is the generosity we show, as Church as the Mystical body of Christ on Earth, that turns our gifts into love."

Most Reverend José H. Gomez, STD

The Spirit of Stewardship

Stewardship is a way of life. It is a way of living each day in gratitude for all the blessings that God has given to us. The roots of Stewardship can be found in the Scriptures, which tell us that God is the Creator and Giver of all gifts. God gives us many gifts and blessings to do His work on earth. It is our responsibility to show our gratitude to God for these gifts, and to ask ourselves what we can give in return for all that He has given us.
