The archdiocesan Business Office provides accounting and financial services to the Pastoral Center, agencies and the archdiocese as a whole.

• Parishes provide major financial support to the Pastoral Center; and the Business Office coordinates the fund transfers with each parish.
• This office also maintains and operates the payroll system for the Pastoral Center employees, administration of special collections received from parishes, operating parish deposit and loan funds, provides budget assistance to parishes, and agencies; and reports monthly financial results of Pastoral Center operations.
• All parishes and schools are required to subme monthly financial data to the Pastoral Center; and theParish/School Accounting System is responsible for maintaining that system.
• The archdiocese uses a standard chart of accounts for financial reporting by parishes and schools through the use of LOGOS accounting software.
• Assistance with financial matters is provided to parishes and schools such as bookkeeping, proper documentation, reconciling bank accounts and financial statements.
