On World Mission Sunday Catholics in 1,150 mission dioceses unit to pray for and support the work of the Church in Missions around the world. Your gift for the Propagation of the Faith in the second collection will help to build churches, support catechists, Catholic schools and orphanages, seminarians, media evangelization programs, and emergency assistance in places of the world that struggle from poverty and violence. Our greatest gift is prayer for the people of the mission lands and for those who work as priests, sisters, and lay catechists offering the poor Christ’s hope and salvation.
Financial help is also needed for the young mission churches as they serve the poorest of the human family.
