The Director of the Archbishop’s Appeal and Grants is the administrator responsible for the planning and implementation of the Archbishop’s Appeal on a daily basis. The Director maintains communication with Parish Pastors and Appeal Coordinators in order to ensure the appropriate and timely execution of the annual Appeal cycle and the administration of Appeal grants.

The Donor Services Coordinator provides the necessary data processing services required to conduct the Appeal and coordinates all activities involving computerized development records and services required by the archdiocese, donors and parish personnel.

Alice Beltran
Data Management Assistant
Performs the necessary data entry services for the Office of Archbishop’s Appeal and Grants and provides support for the Donor Services Coordinator. Generates Parish Summary Reports, Works with parishes and Appeal Coordinators to provide update parish membership lists and order parish supplies.

Lora Balusik
Grants Coordinator
Provides support to agencies of the Archdiocese of San Antonio for submission of grants from various foundations. Supports grant reporting, creation of special reports, and tracking of grant activity within the archdiocese. Supports various communication functions for the Office of Archbishop’s Appeal and Grants.

Bernice Barrera
Administrative Assistant
Provides support for the Office of the Archbishop’s Appeal and Grants throughout the Appeal grant cycle and in various development activities including correspondence, event planning, Appeal training, conferences and Parish Stewardship and Development.
